Santa Cruz Radio and Television set me up with the most extravagent home theater setup I've ever owned. From the Samsung PN50A550 50" plasma full HDTV, the Samsung BDP-1500 Blu-Ray player, and OmniMount I purchased from them, to the complete home theater installation — these guys are the best. They even re-routed my existing audio/video wires to complete the "wireless" look that is so popular these days. I couldn't be happier with my setup.

Dear Santa Cruz Television,
I recently decided to use a third generation family owned business to install a home LED TV and surround system. I expected a detailed, complete, flawless job because the house is newly built. I not only got that, but guys who literally worked around the clock beating construction blocks to the system, including the 'made for TV' improbable act of actually climbing through and 18' by 18' hole above my fireplace, into the chase to drill holes and fish lines. When we finally got Mark out of the wall, they repatched, painted, and cleaned everything. Possibly the most professional approach to home electronics installation I've ever seen. I'm not only pleased with the result, but I count Greg and Mark as new friends. If you need ANY work done, particularly high end installations, I recommend Santa Cruz TV & Radio to you. Just call Greg. No affiliation, and I get nothing out of this other than recommending some good guys.

Dear Greg & Mark,
I would like to commend and thank both of you for the excellent work that you did in installing my flat screen tv and blu-ray disc player. As you know, professionally installing a flat screen TV in existing construction requires creative insight and solutions to a host of issues, and we had issues — from physical placement of TV to excessive noise on my DSL line. Your knowledge, expertise, and guidance resulting in our having a flat screen TV set-up is more impressive and practical than what my wife and I had envisioned.

As you may recall we had some issues in accessing Netflix on the TV. Although Samsung was able to guide me to accessing Netflix, it was your insight that excessive noise on the DSL line was a major factor. I appreciated your extra effort in determing by checking all the telephone wire connections that the source of the noise was not internal to the house. I then followed your recommendation to contact AT&T who in turn solved the noise problem. Now using the tv to access Netflix.
